democracy is not a waste of time...there is clearly evidence of voter fraud. Trump is actually owing to the 74 million that voted to him. It would be irresponsible to ignore due process. Too much hysterical, emotional, knee jerk reactions to this. He's not acting out of line. He's not doing something he isn't allowed to do. It's just that he's trump and everyone hates him so he should go away, as should that 70 plus million who voted for him.

Democracy voted in favor of Biden. If you can't prove otherwise, nothing changes. Prove it in court. The courts have seen no reason to change the results whatsoever.

In this particular instance, I'm a moderate; I just don't want to deal with the years and years of "Donald Trump died for your sins" bullshit that would follow; I don't have the patience for all the conspiracy bullshit that would come from THAT. Just put him out to pasture on his favorite golf course and let him die forgotten and alone while we get on with some proper work. That'd do me fine.

There has been no evidential hearings, only hearings allowing testimonies. No hearing has allowed evidence to be shown so far. That’s how court works in the current stage

ALL OF THESE LAWSUITS require evidence. ALL OF THEM. Trump shouldn't even have MENTIONED cheating if he couldn't prove it in these exact lawsuits.

There are no hearings requiring evidence yet, all of them that are in the first stage have required testimonies which have been given. The cases are not to the point of releasing evidence yet

It is suggested that in the first hearings to provide evidence but is not required, at minimum, testimonies must be given to support the basis of the accusations. The process is very long, and so far all that has been given was testimonies. They are still in the early stages of the lawsuits. No case is determined and closed within a day
