Okay, when I was going around Imgflip, I found a stream where the owner wasn’t active or had deleted for more than 60 days and nobody was posting in there. And the area where you’d see how many followers the stream had, I saw a “Claim ownership of stream” button. I didn’t do it because It would be like putting a weight on my shoulders and my account was probably about 4 weeks old when I found the abandoned stream.
Which means that (if my hypothesis is correct) anyone can reclaim the MS_Memer_group and bring back its former glory. Although, My hypothesis could be wrong but that stream was real.
