Exactly through the same backdoor that the Dems used in 2016 and again in 2020.
They just didn't cheat enough in 2016 to overcome the Electoral college system and of course it's why they cried for 4 years about how the Electoral College cheated us and it's no good. The same late boosts for Hillarys vote were seen on election night they just didn't count on how popular Trump would be. Remember that they removed votes from Trump then and now.
