Fed Ex just posted an add for the winter season, $17-$18/ hr for ground people, hustle packages n shit. Not bad concidering the amount of people looking for work. Our min wage is $12-$15 hr and our country seems to be fine, you just want to keep people poor, typical republican go to.
The issue though is once you raise the wage of said people the market readjust the value of other things and puts said people back in the same position they started from. This loop causes inflation and further widens the gap that currently exist.
Social programs function similarly in manner because they were meant as measures to offset the difference but due to how poorly written they were/are being used as a primary method instead of an additional aspect. If raising the minimum wage fixed the problem it was already tried and didn't work. Why would you keep trying the same failed solution despite all evidence showing it doesn't work?

Jesus f**k, you guys bin saying the same garbage for years now, your minimum wage hasnt moved, and people cant go forward, total bullshit. I made $7/ hr in '91. Our min wage is damn near $15/hr and we have healthcare. We seem to be doing just fine
hes not defending the rich, hes defending the economy. if the wage goes up everywhere, you will have people who cant afford it like small businesses, and some larger corporations will limit or let go people because they cant meet their profits. this will cause mass unemployment.

That's total bullshit. There is no economy if people don't make money to spend.
so why are you defending mass unemployment and the destruction of out economy?

I have 2 small businesses, two employees at $16/ hr and one at $20/hr, minimum wage here is $14 ish/ hr, it's up to me to keep the work flowing to keep them employed, its not rocket science.
lets say you are barely making any profit and your wage is 10 dollars a hour, you have 3 employees. the federal minimum wage is raised to 15 dollars, making you pay all of your employees 50% more. that 50% could destroy your business if you make little profit. im assuming you are ok and make enough money to pay your employees.
There are people who cannot afford paying that $15 dollars wage and that is the point I am trying to make.

He may have done some shit decades ago, but currently I don't think he quite has the capacity nor the proof to do shit now. He's leaking from wherever. Bwa ha ha ha, remember those words?
SO CHINA JOE; WANTS TO DOUBLE THE MINIMUM WAGE TO $15; BRILLIANT; BETTER DOUBLE UNEMPLOYMENT PAYMENTS AND SOCIAL SECURITY TO ACCOUNT FOR INCREASED INFLATION A$$HOLE
