Actually no, first you start the game. It will say in the bottom left what your objective is, you first objective is "Find Daisy", once you have found her a cutscene will start and she will say " Hey Wario, so I feel like things won't work out between us... I wanna break up". Then she walk's away, as she is walking away your objective is "Go home". Once you are back home your objective will change to " Find a rope", once you found one the objective changes to "Lock yourself in the bedroom". Once that is finished a cutscene of Wario committing aliven't will start.
