The Sixth Amendment does not contain allowances to police suspension of due process because of non-compliance. In fact quite the opposite.

Yeah, Also Burning down buildings and looting from stores is considered peaceful. Look at the Kenosha shooting. Yes, it is true that Jacob Blake was not in possession of a gun, but that not's an ideal thing situation worth risking. Because the question is, who (while at gunpoint from a cop) would simply just walk to their car and reach into it? And the given the details of the report, he likely (not definitely) reaching for a knife, and you got to make a decision in a split second, that's pretty much why they tell you to put your hands up and keep them there. Not trying to belittle Jacob but the story would be different if he just cooperated. But I do agree that the Cop did take it too far when comes to the amount of shots fired at him.
