Statistically as in the science of statistics. 7 to 8 % variance in only 4 cities. Data did not come from regular voter pool. Not even CNN polling is this skewed.

So why can't the explanation be that in those four cities, more people liked him? It's only impossible if you believe Democrat popularity must be static but that's assuming your answer.
The science is statistics and probability. The probability that Biden is more popular than Obama is statistically minuscule. Of course the 30 people he had at the Dearborn must have factored in.

And he might be, but he doesn't necessarily have to be more popular - more people voted for him in 2020 than in 2012 because they are different elections where people have different priorities. There's nothing statistically impossible about it.
