That would mess up the type chart by a lot, making Groudon an even more potent counter to rain teams. (Ludicolo would be 4x weak) It would also cause many valuable rain Pokémon have weaknesses to fire, or turning their resistance into being normally effected (Though I guess flying > steel would mess things up too, giving Forretress and Kartana 2 4times weakness’s)
