From what I found in the rp, I’m going to say this.
Leman Russ tanks can’t usually join Space Marines in battle because they’re for the Imperial Guard (Astra Militarum), but since you said that Blood Ravens were the attackers, I’m going to let it slide.
Although Astartes (Space Marines) are in giant suits of armor, they are quite fast, even in their armor (like fast enough to receive a speeding ticket) and are quite hard kill. The water droplet going at Mach 3 could potentially stun them, but it most likely last for like, 0.5 seconds before they run straight at you, probably annoyed.
Guerrilla warfare wouldn’t even work in the slightest, why? Because an Astartes would see or detect the Guerrillas instantly, wether or not they had their helmet on. I think this is portrayed perfectly in Astartes (the video series) part 2 and 3.
Even though Eternamax is very VERY strong, it probably wouldn’t last long, even if it used both max wyrmwind and max flare. Like I said before, Space Marines are quite hard to kill, even out of their armor. Max flare would probably just do nothing and wyrmwind could potentially damage their armor, the ceramite that makes up most of a Space Marine’s armor is heat resistant, the plasteel in space marine armor is high quality which means that it’s very hard to break, and the adamantium in terminator armor is 100% absolutely unbreakable, no matter how hard you try. Unless you use a Tyranid blade that the Hive Mind chose to evolve for tearing any material.
