The Government stream was created when a group of imgflip users didn't like the democratic process of the IMGFLIP_PRESIDENTS stream. You're not allowed to run for office in the Government stream if the dictatorial MODs don't like you. I'm glad we beat them to creating a constitution. Their constitution will stink (if they even get round to making it at all).
