From my perspective, The Brain and The Mind are 2 different entities enveloped into 1..
The brain is physical and can be seen and held..
Whereas the mind is non-physical and is said to be receiving and transmitting information from the Pineal Gland, which is nestled front and centre in the brain..
So, as the meme suggests, when the mind is open, it can "work" with the information more effeciently..
just like a parachute!
Ask any skydiver - when they're falling through the sky and about to pull the chute, do they want it to work effeciently by opening up OR would they want it to stay closed?!🙂💐💕
