That does not matter. I ruled the impeachment as unconstitutional. Unless new articles of impeachment are offered (which is unlikely) Dr.Strangmeme will not be removed from office.

It was probably just a role-play revolution, but it was my duty as speaker to hold the trial. I wasn't allowed to give my opinion during the debate, but now I am allowed to say that I knew the impeachment was futile from the beginning. If I had to cast the tie-breaking vote, I would have voted against the impeachment. If anything, this failed impeachment will improve the status of Dr.Strangmeme, and harm the status of the opposition.

How many congressmen/women are there?

There are ten congressmen/women, including me and who_am_i (the head and deputy head speakers, respectively). There are eight normal members. There is no limit on how many can join. To become a congressman/woman, you just need to ask Dr.Strangmeme, who is required to automatically make you a member. Congressmen/women can only be removed if me and who_am_i decide to.
