WELL since you asked...
-the colors are soft and go well together, creating a nice color palette and a nice overall mood the the image.
-the body is in a non-threatening pose, yes I know that's dumb but I like it,
-the clothes are fashionable
-the face is serene and peaceful
Legitimately the only thing I would do is make the head a wee bit bigger.
