That particular nugget where they claim racism is defined as 'power + Privilege' comes from a very specific academic paper, and in the OPENING PARAGRAPHS of the paper they say that the definition is only to be used within the confines of the paper itself, and has no application outside of the paper.

That meme in and of itself is racist. Just like not all black people are the same and not all Hispanics are the same and so on, not all white people are the same. If you try to paint them as all identical then you are a racist.
