This happened to me once.
On Halloween, my teacher gave everyone two papers. One with instructions, one that was blank. The very first instruction was "Read over the instructions carefully." I ignored that however. As I was drawing a pumpkin according to the instructions, people started laughing at me. I asked them why, and they said they couldn't tell me. Finally, the teacher stopped everyone what they were doing, and said to read instructions number 1 and number 16. There I sat, with a carefully done pumpkin, and all I had to do is write my name on the blank paper and hand it in, like that. In rage, I crumpled up the paper of the pumpkin and threw it. And it landed directly into the recycling bin.
