I think a statistical increase such a charged election was obvious, but if either candidate gets more votes than the state's local election candidates, or we see an increase in turnout of over 15%, I call bogus.

Remember, this is an election that's riled up more than the usual amount of registered voters, so one would expect an increase in number of voters in each state. Of course, if it's the only one that had an increased voter turnout, I would also be very suspicious.
