I’m sorry that this happened to you. But don’t ever think your a bad parent! You are so amazing for being so accepting!! Some people don’t have as accepting parents, some people have parents that reject their child for being LGBTQ+. It’s amazing that you are so kind and accepting, and that you are even active in the LGBTQ+ community! I hope something like this never happens again, and if it does, don’t doubt your parenting abilities, because you are wonderful.
