Even this account is a throwaway, realistically, unless Imgflip finds a workaround people like this will stay and can't be removed. Just deleting one won't work until they get tired.

Without a proper failsafe like Zoom's selected .edu domain only or Google meet's site allowing only certain people in all someone needs to do is make a random post online asking people to mass raid this site. It's easy to setup a bot to keep pressing submit or make memes and then change the title to some nazi bullshit or whatever.
