u just don't know how to play him. In all reality, steve is the best smash bros. character yet, his blocks are a good way to block recoveries, and steve can use them for his own recoveries. I don't even have steve yet, and I still know that

S+ is the best tier, so Goofy_Guy was saying Steve is good.

What is it with everyone hating on low tiers? At least they're not cheap or annoying, and people play them because of their origins and design, not tier.
