The interesting part is that I’m pretty sure this ends that cop’s qualified immunity, opening him up to a countersuit.

It was a warning shot. And then the police officers fired 32 shots in return.

32 is excessive but the warning shot hit a police officer and most shots came from a cop spraying through the pation door/window which i think is excessive and the cop was repremanded for it 3 counts of endangermant and losing his badge / job
