-take care of yourself!: that means if you need to be alone, take some alone time! Or just get outside for a while,or hang out with friends,or don't hurt yourself if you do that....just overall take care of yourself
-social distance!: covid sucks, i know, we all know, but soical distancing will help stop the spread of the virus, along with washing your hands,wearing a mask, and quarantining this will (hopefully) be over soon!
-do stuff you like to do!: if you like something and you have been feeling sad, do that thing! If you like drawing, draw! If you like sports, play some sports! If you like doing something, do it because then you might feel better!
Also stay safe, be nice, and I hope you are fighting cause there is a lot to be fighting for
