The reasons I believe these two men just may be the same guy just in two different cartoons.
1. Well look at their faces here! Don’t they look a lot alike!?
2. They are modest in a strange way meaning that they do their jobs with modesty instead of Darth Maul or Savage oppress for example where those two are complete crazies.
3. Their personalities maybe a lot alike.
4. Plus when they smile, their smiles are of the same shape!
5. They are both 7 feet tall and are both skinny as ever!
