I have some advice (I’m not a therapist but these things are important)
Even if you don’t want to you have to force yourself to do things, get at least one hour of exercise, eat healthy food, get at least one hour of sunshine, don’t stay in the same room all the time, move around the house and try to change your scenery, listen to cheerful music, get fresh air, limit your scream time read a book or play a game that doesn’t involve screens, limit social media especially Facebook, stay out of the toxic areas of imgflip, take care of yourself, even if you don’t want to
