Some scientific evidence would be in Leviticus chapter 13 where God instructs Moses on how to handle cases of leprosy. It has been confirmed that Leviticus was written long before germs or bacteria were discovered. This was written at a time when the rest of the world thought disease came from malicious spirits and they would perform rituals that were ineffective. Another is Job 26:7, where it states that the Earth is suspended upon nothing.
