I agree Fortnite is underrated, but I think objectively Minecraft is better. While Fortnite and Minecraft support different play styles, Minecraft provides for more. Minecraft really cannot age because there are really no games like it with any support. It's lifespan should surpass Fortnites 10-fold. My reasoning is Fortnite can age graphically, and eventually a better looking, more versatile game will surpass it. Minecraft is not aging now, and may never. There is still very few even getting close to the popularity of it that could replace it. Fortnite is a game that is more straightforward, and can be replicated more easily. Any company can make a 100 player Battle Royale game with a different gimmick that could draw all their players to it. Minecraft's original game mode is much harder to replicate without seeming like a direct copy. That is why I think Minecraft is objectively better, but I do agree that, for me, Fortnite is much more enjoyable. I am not very Creative, but I am a good shot. I love Fortnite. I love how the updates are constantly changing it (though Minecraft has this too). While I agree that Fortnite is more enjoyable (and thats opinion), I think Minecraft is better objectively.

I agree and don't. With Fortnite comes addiction and rage issues, but it is fun to play with others. Minecraft however is slower and more peaceful (unless on hardcore) and is more fun for solo play than multiplayer.

yes, I have to explain this to all of my friends when I say I play both. fortnite is a very good game.the one main thing that makes it bad is all of the toxic people there, if chill people played it would be one of the legends (minecraft, terraria and among us). So for all of the fornite haters out there people suck not the game.

I play both because I love face paced, epic build battles, and competitive gameplay but I also like a peaceful strip mine for diamonds and building trash houses

eh, I think that game has really just fallen off, and every time i try to play, i just get so mad. not to mention the fact that it is just a complete sellout to marvel at this point and is only in it for the money. The 12 year old kids sweating their asses off have also ruined it for me when i try to play casually, because I used to be good and the sh*tty SBMM system can see that i dont want to play with 12 year olds with nothing else to do in their life except for ruining the game for everyone else. but other than that it is a great game! (i really don't care if you like the game or not tho. i wont judge. some of my friends still play)
