oh. i like the crunch when you hit the bone. the meat is a bit oily for me. and kids have good bones. adults are too hard, and old people are waay too soft for me. they are sometimes good raw, but you have to serve them as a dessert, glazed with toasted almonds and cinnamon sugar.
