so let's talk about GE then.  Jeff Immelt was hired by the shareholders as CEO.  They hired a dud.  Then Haier bought them out for 5 billion or so.  Where does Obama come into this equation?  Other than an article I found on FOX which parrots your stance.   Seems like Capitalism at work to me.  Like Trump's casinos,  many businesses are poorly run by the CEO and fail.  Or go bankrupt 6 times.  LOL.
