This happened to me. I did not have a medbay scan, everybody thought it was me. I reported a body. EVERYBODY SAID SELF REPORT BECAUSE I DID NOT HAVE THE TASK
This is because they probably wondered why would you go in medbay if you don't have the task? The only other thing to do there is vent.. VERY VERY VERY suspicious... but I would blame you for it, I would just keep a good eye on you.
