I have a lifelong history of major depression. I always feel that way. So for some of us it is normal. Because it's all we know. Sounds like you may battle depression also.
It's hard. It can take so much energy. I find myself feeling exhausted. Meditation helps, or other relaxing things. I love classical music or ocean sounds. It helps me to just zone out.
And I just want to say that I have been doing better since I submitted this meme, It's just that sometimes I slip out of the blue for almost no reason. Hopefully I'll feel better tomorrow
