What is your stance on mudslinging?

My opinion on Mudslinging is that if someone would Mudsling... That is something I would not approve, I proudly stand against Mudslinging :D Well, the answer to WHY, is that Mudslinging is an unfair way of trying to make other people look bad, and I don't want to be an unfair person. I always am fair on the situation of Mudslinging.

"Don't vote for him, he likes Lucky Charms!" I know it's a weird and dumb example, but what I mean is that if the whole community HATES Lucky Charms... Guess what? If the person who said it was lying... And the whole community believes them? And the person himself actually hates Lucky Charms but the other guy still lies to get votes? Doesn't seem fair to me.
