This is actually so dumb on so many levels, the levels of misinformation is off the charts.
First of all, it's pretty widely known that masks with valves don't work. The CDC already knows this and acknowledges this, but you won't, because it doesn't fit your narrative.

Second of all, valve masks are ONE type of mask. The fact that one specific type of mask doesn't work doesn't mean that all masks don't work.
Third of all, of course it's going to be legal. What would make it illegal? Just because something is ineffective at stopping covid doesn't make it "illegal". If you mean discouraged, refer back to point one.
