Quick overview: light and dark magic. He likes too mess with time for some reason even though he is a mortal. The only other mortal immune is the Purple Axolotl unless a god or he allows other mortals to experience time stopping as well. He got in trouble with Quantum one time for this.
Backstory: he lived in the same town Toxin did when he was younger. He and his parents were actually happy most of the time, there was very little fighting and he got good grades in school. He noticed that Toxin always showed up to school with new bruises, cuts, sometimes a broken bone or black eye, which always seemed to heal unnaturally quickly. He alerted a teacher but nothing was ever done. When they were looking for Toxin when she went missing, he was the one who found the videos of her parents abusing her. Since then he was hated by the parents and vowed that he would pay someday. He is now 16.
