So what is cobalt’s personality, I didn’t see him in the roster you made so I can maybe figure one out for him.

He’s basically cunning and merciless, and basically in my head canon storyline or something he’s a counter version of Lux, he planned on killing him.

Since he’s a counter version his powers are the opposite of Lux, so he basically has water powers instead of fire powers.
