I grew up in NJ through the 70s and into the 2000s and lived through this bloated tub of horseshit stiffing both the union and nonunion workers multiple times in his casinos.
Trump’s platform says:
“We renew our call for repeal of the Davis-Bacon law, which limits employment and drives up construction and maintenance costs for the benefit of unions.”
In short, the Davis-Bacon law ensures that anyone working on a federally-funded construction project will receive prevailing rate.
