They are good movies, but if u take Star Wars seriously (I do) they don't make a lot of sense. Oh well. When Phantom Menace came out, a lot of Star Wars fans went after it for bad acting and script. Now they pretend they always liked it.
Things change. Most movies aren't perfect.

Yes, I agree with u. Most people think the sequels were terrible. They ARE my least favorite trilogy but I don’t hate them. I wasn’t alive when the phantom menace came out so I don’t know anything about that, but the sequels don’t make near as much sense as the originals or prequels do. I really hope Disney makes a better decision on how they do the high republic movies (rumored to come out in 2022).
Like I said, most of Star Wars came out either when I was a baby or before I was born so I only got to see the sequels, solo, and rouge one in theaters. I wish I was able to see the empire strikes back for the 40th anniversary but due to COVID 19 couldn’t

Hopefully Disney hands over the next trilogy to the writers they had working on stuff like clone wars and mandalorian so we get a coherent plot. We'll see.

Dave filoni should be in charge of Star Wars at this point. Also, the skywalker saga has ended 😢 and they are now onto a new saga. I can’t believe how far it has come even though I wasn’t alive to see it start
