2. its an item you can stuff into a build a bear. like the free heart you can put in the bear but its not the free heart.

not the sound chip and not the heart beat. there is one more insert you can add into a bear. tho I also had a bear with a sound chip that sounded demonic after awhile XD I allso had a bear with a heartbeat which I loved bc it was a cat that looked like my cat who had passed away so. (the same bear with the item that is the answer)
