This guy died while being held hostage. Whoever was torturing him chopped off his leg and the crime group laughed. This was among the many atrocities that the crime group committed and often tortured him in other ways, sometimes more painful. He was later shot by the same guy who held him hostage because the police attempted to save him. Satan took pity on him because he couldn’t walk.
