probably you have depression talk to a real therapist and see if you need medication or on going therapy 2020 has been a hardyear for everyone and its easy to get down at home. trust me it feels good to open yourself to somebody it can be a parent uncle grandparent therapist teacher etc.

I was actually close to recovering from depression until Covid-19 hit in the US
