Respect to my math teacher!!!!

My older brother has a trans friend, they had a teacher a couple years ago that respected that too. There's still hope for humanity

Some of my high school teachers knew that I was gay (because I stated it explicitly) and they never treated me any less.

Yeah then you have the teachers that are outright hateful. My friend has said that he is a guy and the teachers still use she/her pronouns. After saying it a few times one teacher said and I quote “I refuse to call you a name that was not on your birth certificate and use pronouns that are clearly incorrect.”

That bugs me!
Now that I think of it, I have a friend who has a sister who is a lesbian. Apparently, a teacher at my high school tried to write her up for being a lesbian.

Although I have pretty kind teachers, around three of them are members of the lgbtq community it must be horrible to experience that.

Yeah. I’m surprised that the teachers are worse than my peers though.
