In seriousness, well,
1.the screen gives off light, relieving the theory that someone is hiding
2. I always have at least 20+ torches, food, and a sword
3. (The most important of all) I've played/watched so much Minecraft, that i know when hearing cave sounds"That's now any mob in the game, don't worry, nothings gonna attack"

Honestly The only thing that scares me are the noises themselves, and when Im mining diamonds over lava
