Is Anybody There ?

A little bit of history from the UK :
In 1980 AM CB Radios were illegal (due to the radio-interference they caused) but so many people had them (including me !) that the government, in 1981, produced an FM version but all the 'rebellious fun ' went out of it and so it just faded away.
My 'Rig' was the one in the picture.
My 'Twig' I can't remember (due to age)
My 'Handle' was 'Sardine Yoghurt'
