I'm my state, the secretary of health openly admitted that because it's difficult to diagnose covid-19 postmortem, all deaths would be ruled covid 19 deaths until the hospitals got a hand on it. 

I don't know what they're doing in your country, but here, quite literally anyone who dies WITH covid counts as a covid death regardless of what the died FROM.
