He's faking it. Its a pathetically weak virus which barely causes a blip on death rates when considered on its own. The people who are dying have co-morbidities and any little extra weakening of their immune systems causes them to succumb to the diseases which have already weakened them. All over the world co-morbidity is in the vacinity of 90+%.
