Trump wears a mask. I have been home for 6+ months.. I wear a mask when I go out. The flat-earth nut cases complain about masks, but no normal people right or left do.

If Trump stupid and gives out bad advice then he is probably also wrong about the Covid death rate and will die. Or, he's smart and correct that risks are low, he'll be fine and serve 4 more years. This is the reality check for the country. Based on the science, I'm betting is correct and will be just fine. The only reason the left is going nuts about this is because they over-hyped the risks in the 1st place. You don't get to say 'I told you so' unless he dies.

The US clearly has very high mortality and infection rate. Our economy is hurting. In my area the stores, gyms, restaurants are open but people are largely reluctant to return. However, Europe and China are different. They're largely thru this. India has the same infection rate as us with almost 4x the population. Still their mortality rate is much lower. I've been to India many times. They are an open democracy with very good press. Very little can be hidden. Same for Europe. We are simply not managing this well at all.

Wear mask so we can open the economy. That should have been the statement for day 1.

hmm...Trump is the Republican candidate this and last election. He is running as a Republican. In 2016 he beat others Republicans for the nomination...Not sure what you're getting at.

I can tell you don't know. You said Republican Party, not Republican candidate. If you've ever been paying attention, you'd know Trump is not part of the Republican Party. He's supported conservatives, libertarians, moderates but not the establishment. I'm just pointing out the op shows lack of understanding what is going on. Just another case of TDS.
