I understand that we will not be able to delete every account operated by a minor aged under 13, but right now there are entire streams of users openly claiming to be aged under 13. It is worth at least trying to reduce the number of illegal users.

Imgflip is made up out of mostly kids. Some streams such as gradeschool would become ghost streams.
