Hoods are fine IN THE SCHOOL, this is mostly a security reason, due to cameras at schools not the best and if you where a hood they can't see ur face, indoors it should be fine, outdoors they don't want the security risk

true, but i mean, my school does the exact opposite, they claim that hoods (even with the hood down) cannot be worn in the building and outside they can be, i ask for an explanation, and they refused to provide it, also SHIRTS WITH HOODS ON THEM GOT BANNED!! my mum put that shirt with the outfit, and the school called her to pick me up, so i could go change it, she refused, and i ended up being in the office all day because, “you are expected to look like you’re ready to learn, not relaxed and unemotional” so i had to get rid of both shirts that were like it, and sadly online school has been no better

Yeah, schools can be stupid and stubborn like that. I was bullied, WITH MY TEACHERS KNOWLEDGE, in a Christian school, because I was not Christian (btw, the reason I went to it was because it was the closest school to our house, and did not feel like driving for 2 hours to go to another one)

yea, my school started doing that. my US civics and economics teacher tried to pull a fast one by tryna force our face cams on or he would lower our grades, and teachers have been asking for webcams on more and more, had an a in science, didn’t turn on my webcam, went to a C+, fortunately i rock when it comes to science crap, so im back at an A, but god freaking dang it, if you wanted us to have our webcams on, don’t tax our grades over it, just ban the ability to turn it off like you do any other thing that does legit nothing bad to students
