Oliver: Well hello there

Valentine: Hi?

Oliver: What are you doing out here?

Valentine: Just playing in the snow, why?

Oliver: Well, I have this game I set up, but I need some players. Would you like to play?

Valentine: Mom says not to play with strangers

Oliver: You know you should always listen to your mother. You never know what type of trouble you may get into... See you around then. *he begins to walk off, but talks through a walkie talkie* * Team sector 341-B, I've found an excellent player, but they are a bit... too safe. I need you to commence operation "Cat in the bag". Sending you my coordinates*

*she makes a snow angel*

*a small girl comes over* Hi!

Valentine: Hi?

???: I don't have anyone to play with... could you maybe play with me? We can have a snowball fight!

Valentine: Sure!

???: My name's Gracie, by the way. What's yours?

Valentine: I’m Valentine

Gracie: I'll take the left side! *she runs and starts building a wall of snow for her "forrtress"

Valentine: Okie *she goes and starts making her own fortress*

Gracie: *as she makes a pile of snowballs, her watch vibrates*

*Valentine doesn’t notice*

Gracie: *checks her watch, taps it a few times, and goes back to making snowballs*

*she keeps making snowballs*

Gracie: I'm done!

Valentine: Ok! I’m ready to!

Gracie: On your mark... get set... throw! *she launches a few snowballs before ducking behind her base*

*she throws three snowballs towards Gracie, they go a little far then turn like a boomerang and go straight for Gracie*

Gracie: *she giggles as the snowballs crumple on her shirt* I'm gonna get you! *she runs towards Valentine and throws a few more snowballs*

Valentine: We’ll see!! *she throws five snowballs right at Gracie*

Gracie: *2 of the snowballs miss, but the others hit her. She throws some more and takes off running*

*half of them hit valentine, she laughs*
*valentine scoops snowballs up and throws them at Gracie following her*

Gracie: *keeps running despite being pelted on the back by snowballs, and occasionally turns around to throw a few*

Valentine: *chases her throwing snowballs*

Gracie: *reaches near a patch of trees and collapses, her eyes closed*

Valentine: Gracie?! *she runs up to Gracie*

Gracie: *sits up and opens her eyes* I don't have much time to spare, but you can't trust anything I say after a while. I'm being contr- *she collapses again*

Valentine: *shakes her*

Gracie: *sits up once more, this time, there is a hazy swirl in her eyes*
???: The objective has been completed. Hearing back to base with the package. *there is a sudden motion, and Valentine's vision goes black*

Valentine: ?!

*there is the sound of another thud, and the closing of a door. It feels as if there is movement*

*she thrashes and screams*

*her vision slowly comes into focus. She's in a (...dun dun dun) van of some sort. She can see Gracie still unconscious beside her*

*she screams and bangs on the walls of the van*

Gracie: *sits up* It's no ise,. They won't hear you. And if they do, they won't care

*she cries*

Gracie: I couldn't stop it. I'm sorry. I'm so sorry

Valentine: *talking through her crying* I-it’s n-not y-your f-fault

Gracie: It is. I was stupid, and I couldn't get the message across in time. I was being controlled. Controlled by someone who kept asking me to play his game. I don't know who he was...

Valentine: ...

Gracie: We're nothing more than game pieces to him. I'm pretty sure we're heading to his wretched base

Valentine: W-why me

Gracie: I don't know. The only thing I do know is that my only purpose was a shallow bait.

*she cries*

Gracie: *inches closer to her* I'll do whatever I can to get us out of here

Valentine: O-ok

Gracie: *she looks at her feet, nodding to each of Oliver's questions.
Oliver: Off you go now. I just want to remind you, I am very well aware of everything that goes on here. *there is a glint in his eye* Ta-ta! *he turns on his heel and walks into one of the many rooms.*
*two guards come up to the two girls*

*she tries to run*

*one of the guards catch her* ???: You think you're a slippery one, eh?

*she bites the guard*

???: Ow! *he puts a handcuff around one of her arms* I'd hate to see what happens when you cause more trouble.

*she kicks the guard in “the place”*

???: *he falls to the ground*
????: *rushes over to grab Valentine* I hate to do this kid, but... *he taxes her and binds her arms and legs, dragging her across the ground*

*tazes not taxes lol

(She is a fighter)

????: Stay still, will you?!

*as soon as the tazer wears off she starts thrashing*

????: I don't want to shoot you, kid!

*she keeps thrashing*

????: *shoots a gun near her leg as a warning shot*
Gracie: *finched from the sound*

To be fair the guard deserved it

????: Now, if you don't want to get hurt, you're going to walk into that room up there *he pointed to a wooden door*

*she nods*

????: *he lets the rope go, and shoves Gracie into the room, observing what Valentine would do*

*she runs out kicks them in “the place” then grabs the gun and tries to shoot them*

*the guard stumbles, flattening himself on the ground to try and avoid the bullets*

*she breaks out into a run trying to get away*

*the guard is immobilized on the ground*
Gracie: *runs to catch up with her*

*Valentine keeps running as fast as she can*

Gracie: *charges after her* Do you *huff* still have the *huff* gun?

Valentine: Mhm

Gracie: Good, we are probably going to need that

Valentine: *still running* mhm

Gracie: The only question now is, where do we go? The guardsare bound to go looking for us eventually

Valentine: We keep running.

Gracie : *she huffs, catching up with Valentine* Until?

Valentine: Then we find a place to hide

Gracie: Sounds good to me *she skirts a corner, and continues to run down a hallway*

*Valentine looks for any exits*

Gracie: Up ahead is a kind of storage room. It's rarely used, and it has plenty of hiding spots. Should we?

Valentine: Ok

Gracie: *she makes sure there are no guards, then she opens the door, motioming for Valentine to get in*

*motioning

*she goes in*

Gracie: *walks in, closing the door behind her. She sits on the far left corner and starts to make a hiding spot out of spare boxes* Just in case anybody wanders in...

Valentine: *in a low voice* make sure it doesn’t look like a hiding place, it needs to look natural

Gracie: *she nods, throwing some of the boxes askew as if someone had left the boxes and they shifted when put down*

Valentine: It should also have a small hole for shooting

Gracie: *she makes a hole small enough for the gun to fit through, and a few peep holes so they could see what was going on outside of the protection*

Valentine: Good

Gracie: I think we're all set. *she lays down, her back pressed against a wall*

*she sits down and looks through the hole*

Gracie: Valentine?

Valentine: Yeah?

Gracie: If you could go back in time, would you still have played with me? I mean, knowing what was going to happen and all....

Valentine: No

Gracie: I thought so. I'm sorry for getting you into this mess

Valentine: It wasn’t your fault

Gracie: In a way, it was. I was setting myself up for trouble. I should have gotten to Vinny when I had the chance-

Valentine: Can you change the past?

Gracie: I wish I could. I don't have powers like my brother, and even he can't go back in time. But if I could, I would. I would have us meet on better terms.

*there was a sound coming from across the room*

*there was a shivering bundle of fur on the ground. it was pure white, and made a few high pitched sounds*

*she grabs the kitten and hits it in the head with the gun*

*the kitten goes silent and limp*
Gracie: Quick! I think someone's coming!
* the sound of footsteps echo near the door *

*she quickly goes back behind the boxes+

*a child around 10 steps into the room and surveys it*
???: Snowflake? *he looks at the kitten, his facial expression turned sour*

Valentine: ...

???: *he picks up the kitten and goes to another corner of the room*
Gracie: *she shrinks back further into the wall*

*valentine does the same*

Gracie: *she gives Valentine a questioning look, as if asking what to do.*

*she shakes her head no hoping the kid leaves the room+

Gracie:...
*the boy sits down and begins to rub the kitten*

Valentine: ...

*the boy gets up and looks around* Where's your food bowl?
Gracie: ...

Valentine: *tenses*

I'll go get you something *he sneaks out the door, leaving for who knows how long*
Gracie: *sighs*

Valentine: That’s not good

Gracie: What do we do, what do we do?

Valentine: Stay calm

Gracie: *closes her eyes or a Monet, the opens them* He might be back at anytime. What should we do? I can't think of anything...

Valentine: We stay hidden, if he finds us we make sure he stays quiet

*there's more steps at the door. This time the door opens*
Gracie: *snaps out of her trance*

Valentine: *gets her gun out*

*the boy walks back in, holding what looks like a few pieces of chicken. He feeds some to the cat, saving some for himself*

Valentine: *watches*

*the boy looks over at the boxes*

Valentine: *holds her breath*

Valentine: *in a low voice* I’m not sure but it doesn’t look good, don’t make any noise

Gracie: *stares wide-eyed at the fur ball, which is still making noise*

Valentine: ...

*the fur starts moving around, and reveals a kitten that is as white as snow*

Valentine: *is sus*

*the kitten opens it's blue eyes and meows as if wanting it's mother*
Gracie: What do we do?

Valentine: It is going to draw attention to this room

Gracie: Do we throw it out or try and muffle the sound? If we throw it out, it might come back to the room and try to get in. If we quiet the sound, it may start up again.

Valentine: We should probably kill it or knock it out

Gracie: Do you think we could hit it with the gun? If we shot it, it would be too loud
