Not sure if this would be helpful? The planet key is in the bottom left corner and to the right of each planet is the sign it is in. The degrees of that sign (which gets complicated but I can show you another cheat sheet on that) are the numbers to the right of that. The box next to those shows you what house that planet/sign is in. The graph below the birth chart shows the planets in relation to each other using terms like conjunction, opposition, trine, square and sextile and quincunx. I also have a graphic to help you with those if you're interested.
