Me when I just got my online classes back after they were thrown into the shadow realm due to inactivity in a single class that didn't even have any way of doing attendance and can now actually catch up because I've been behind since the classes started. Me when my password that has always worked for all of eternity is suddenly "invalid" and I can't even f**king reset it like I so desperately need to the very next day.
