I'm betting the unluckiest thing happened to you in the nether :P

One time i was trying to get to a certain part of a fortress, but got knocked off by a skeleton, i only fell 9 blocks, but he didnt stop there, he hit me off the bridge and my totem of undying saved me, I almost lost my OP sword

My unluckiest: I went mining, got a lot of diamond and gold and other stuff, then I went to the nether with my stuff (totally proud of how clever I am going mining then going to the nether directly) and simply I was getting some flowstone on a big tower of dirt, then I fell. I spawned back in my bed, went back to the nether in hope that I find my stuff, I didn't. I srsly cried that day.

Super rookie move, i did that once because I wanted my diamonds with me 24/7, I usually fall in lava :P

I was building a nether portal in a lava pool with the speedrunner’s technique, but while I was doing so, some creeper snuck up behind me, exploded and knocked me into the pool. I lost a lot of my stuff there, so I ultimately quit that world.

The End, I was one hit away from killin the dragon, than he knocked me into the void

Always have ender pearls and slow falling in hand, that'll prevent that

My unluckiest time was when I was mining straight down and then I found a desert temple and then I went to loot the chests but then I heard the click of a pressure plate......so yeah.
